At Wells-Brooks & Mocorro, we support employers in sourcing and hiring skilled international talent across Europe, Australia, and the GCC.

Talent Development Academy
At Wells-Brooks & Mocorro, our Talent Development Academy delivers structured training programmes designed to enhance candidate employability for international work environments. Training is delivered by qualified professionals and focuses on developing

Compliance & Processing
At Wells-Brooks & Mocorro , compliance is a core part of our international recruitment approach. Our dedicated compliance team supports the management of regulatory, immigration, and documentation requirements in line with destination country standards.
We conduct structured checks on candidate identity, employment history, references, medicals, and police clearances, and support the preparation of documentation required for work permits, visas, and onboarding processes.
All documentation is reviewed for accuracy prior to submission, helping to reduce delays and support a smooth and efficient hiring process for employers and candidates.

Onboarding Support
Wells-Brooks & Mocorro provide structured onboarding support to help candidates transition into new roles in international environments.
Our team assists with coordination of travel arrangements, accommodation sourcing, pre-departure briefings, and workplace orientation to support candidate readiness prior to arrival.
We guide candidates through key steps such as local registration requirements, documentation checks, and employer introductions. Following arrival, we maintain ongoing communication to support settling-in, monitor welfare, and address any initial challenges.
Our onboarding approach is designed to support both employers and candidates by promoting a stable and well-managed transition into the workplace.
